Fiona is a highly respected and nationally Board Certified Nurse in the Boston area specializing in anti-aging aesthetics. She was one of the first Aesthetic Nurses in Massachusetts to be C.A.N.S certified and has had extensive training by world renowned injectors. Fiona has patients traveling from all over New England to seek her expertise in aesthetic injectables. Both an injector and a business owner, she brings a results-oriented approach to her practice with a strong grounding in science and aesthetic artistry. Her understanding of what makes a face youthful, proportional and natural allows her to deliver uniquely crafted, unflawed results. Her ever-evolving knowledge of the latest innovations in beauty, combined with her personable demeanor make her a leader in the industry.

Dr. Richard Peinert

CO-OWNER, BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON

Dr. Richard A Peinert is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Specialist in Lynnfield, Massachusetts. He graduated with honors from Harvard Medical School in 1973. Having more than 45 years of diverse experiences, especially in plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Richard A Peinert affiliates with many hospitals including Hallmark Health System, North Shore Medical Center, and cooperates with other prestigious doctors and specialists.

Bridgette Dionne, RN

Bridget Dionne, RN is a highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Injector with over 9 years in the industry. She has a love for creating symmetry and for naturally enhancing her patients best features. Before joining the Nurse Fiona staff, she previously worked and trained through a very busy and established Cosmetic Center in Ma. Bridget enjoys attending trainings and conferences to stay up to date with the latest treatments and services.

Alyssa Leone, RN

Alyssa is a Nationally Board Certified Nurse with seven years of Neonatal ICU experience at a top Boston hospital. She is a trained advanced nurse injector, who specializes in the administration of neurotoxins. Alyssa focuses her practice on preventive and anti-aging injecting techniques. She strives to deliver a natural and youthful aesthetic for her clients. Alyssa graduated Cum Laude from Northeastern University’s Bouvè College of Health Sciences and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). When she’s not at the spa, Alyssa enjoys keeping up on the latest beauty trends and continuing her education in the evolving field of aesthetics. She loves to spend time with her growing family and share her interests and expertise with her follower base.

Rebecca McDonald, NP

Rebecca is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with 9 years of Nursing experience. Working in primary care, she found an interest in dermatology leading to aesthetic training. She prioritizes creating a welcoming, inclusive environment while providing patient care. She enjoys collaborating with each patient to meet their individual needs while maintaining a balanced, natural look. When she is not at the spa, she continues to work in primary care and further develops her aesthetic education. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Samantha Dieterly

LICENSED AESTHETICIAN & LASER TECHNICIAN

Sam, our Licensed Aesthetician and Laser Tech took her life long passion for skin care and turned it into a flourishing career. She has extensive hands on experience working at a high end medical spa on Newbury St in Boston for the past several years before joining us here at Nurse Fiona’s. She has been certified with Coolsculpting and Hydrafacial and has also attended training and licensing through the National Laser Institute. Her calming energy combined with her extensive knowledge is sure to give you a great experience.

Mari Brito

Licensed Aesthetician & Laser Technician

Mari Brito is our exceptionally organized and knowledgeable Aesthetician. Mari holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications from Assumption College and gained her Aesthetic Licensure from the Spa Tech Institute of Massachusetts. Mari is highly knowledgeable in Aesthetics, working in both Customer Relations and as a hands-on Aesthetic Provider. This diverse skill set enables her to be a well-rounded and a valuable asset to our team. Mari prides herself in keeping up with industry knowledge and educating patients on these advancements and skincare services. When not with patients, you may see Mari assisting Nurse Fiona in the treatment room or ensuring the Front Desk runs smoothly and efficiently.

Zoe Bucuvalas

Practice Manager & Wholesale Account Executive, Nurse Fiona Skincare & Social Media Manager

Zoe Bucuvalas is our Practice Manager, Social Media Manager and Wholesale Account Executive for the Nurse Fiona Skincare Division. Her love for skincare, aesthetics, and communications has led her to a career at Nurse Fiona Medical Spa. Zoe comes to us with several years of experience working with clients in the Finance Industry and is no stranger to managing and supporting customer accounts. Zoe's positive can-do attitude coupled with her corporate experience make her the ideal Account Executive for Nurse Fiona's Skincare Division. When Zoe isn't busy managing accounts, she's behind the scenes engaging with our patients on Instagram and other social media platforms. Zoe is involved in many charitable organizations outside of the office and founded the "FIGHT" initiative with The Label LTD to raise money and awareness for ALS. A fun and impressive fact about Zoe; she had the honor of being part of the New England Patriot's Cheerleading Squad from 2013-2017 and Cheered at Super Bowl 49 and 51!

Shelley Schiloski is a seasoned professional with 14 years of experience in office management and a decade in the hair and beauty industry. Hailing from Framingham, she and her husband run a thriving interior painting business catering to the Metro West area. She is thrilled to be a part of The Nurse Fiona Family. Outside of work, Shelley cherishes moments with her husband and four children, making family a priority in her life.
